Janissaries guild was founded in November 2004 on Chilastra server in Star Wars Galaxies, Prior to this we had been members of Highlanders guild. We have moved to Vanguard: Saga of Heroes where we are based on Targonor server, and we are pleased to accept new members. We have purchased a house plot in Eastlands on Thestra, and intend to establish a home for our members there.

JANS, the shorthand name we use for Janissaries, is a guild for all age groups. We have members from 14 to 72 years of age. We are a group of mature people, we are not heavy PvP or L33t h4xx0r5, and we take a more relaxed view of in-game life.

We prefer to have an active guild-chat channel and assist each other on quests and achieving common goals, but we are willing to take our place on the battlelines in defense of our friends and property.
